1. We maintain a do-not-call list

We maintain our own internal do-not-call list. It is a list we keep ourselves, of the people who have asked us not to contact them.

If you ask us to stop calling or texting you, we write your name and number on that list, and we do not call or text you again for any sales or marketing purpose. No past relationship, no previous purchase or sale, no friendship, and no permission you gave us earlier changes that. Once you ask, it is done.

This policy binds Sheryl Cury and any person, assistant, contractor, or vendor who contacts you on our behalf.

2. You can ask any way you want

You may make the request by any reasonable method, in any words. No keyword is required, no particular format, and no particular channel. We do not, and may not, require one specific way of asking.

Any of these counts:

• Replying to a text message, in whatever words you choose.
• Saying it out loud during a call.
• Sending us an email or a letter.
• Sending a direct message on social media or on WhatsApp.
• Telling Sheryl, or anyone working with her, in person.

You may do it in English or in Spanish. We will never ask you to say it again in English, to put it in writing, to use a specific word, to explain why, or to reconsider. We will not offer you "fewer messages" instead of none. If you ask us to stop, we stop.

If your message is not entirely clear, we treat it as a request to stop anyway. We would rather be wrong in the direction of leaving you alone.

3. What we do when you ask

• We record it the same day we receive it, with the date, how it reached us, and your exact words.
• Unless you tell us otherwise, the request covers everything: calls, text messages, email, and postal mail. If you only want one channel stopped, tell us and that is what we do.
• The request does not expire. We do not clear it over time, when we change systems, or when we build a new list. It stands until you yourself ask us to contact you again.
• You may receive one short message confirming it is done. That message carries no advertising of any kind, and nothing follows it.
• We keep the record of your request for at least five years.
