I'm Sheryl Cury, a bilingual Realtor and Broker Associate in Orlando and Central Florida. For more than 8 years, I've walked my clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives: buying their home, more than 140 buyers to the keys of their new home. It's a different process than buying a resale home: there are builder contracts, incentives you can negotiate, lot premiums, construction timelines, builder inspections. It's a lot of rules the builder doesn't always explain. I do. I explain them clearly and completely, in your language, so you sign knowing exactly what you're signing.
